Our Employees:
The people that work for Koppen Concrete and Masonry are full-time employees and are paid a fair wage.  They are not subcontractors (which you will find that some companies try to do - saving them costs, but increasing potential risks to you).  This is important, because if someone is hurt while performing work for you on your property, it could be a liability to you if your builder does not carry the proper insurance.  Koppen Concrete and Masonry carries Worker's Compensation Insurance on all our employees.  Always ask for proof of insurance from your contractors.  We are proud to say that our employees are not day laborers or temporary workers whose work we could not guarantee.
