Marie-Angelique (b.1721) (m. Jacques-Ignace Giasson in 1745), Marie-Amable

in 1746 at Montreal Quebec and they had a son Ignace, born in 1747.

Jacques arrived at Detroit on May 30, 1705
as a bargeman and was on the 1710 census of that settlement.

Marie Cardinal in 1705/07 at Montreal, Quebec. They had a sons, Pierre
(b.11 Dec.1709, Detroit-d.1724) & Jacques (b.1721, Montreal).
Jacques II arrived at Detroit in 1706 and
his wife hired men for the "pays d'en Haut in 1730.

He was the son of Jacques Hubert dit Lacroix
& Marguerite Godet. born in Quebec. He married Marie-Francoise Cardinal
(daughter of Pierre Cardinault & Marie-Catherine
Matou) in 1721 at Lachine, Quebec and their children were: Pierre (b.1722,
Detroit) (m.Marie-Josephe Morel-Mador in 1749/50), Jean-Marie (bap.1723,
Lachine), Joseph-Marie-Amable (b.1729), Marie-Francoise (b.1730) (m.1st.to

He was the son of Nicolas Hubert dit Lacroix
& Marguerite Landreau, born in Quebec. Louis married Marie-Madeleine
Trotier (daughter of Pierre Trottier & Suzanne Migaud/Michaud) at Montreal
in 1699 and their children were: Marie-Marguerite (1700-1764) (m. Michel
Morel - Grandson of Sieur de Ladurantaye in 1718), Louis-Joseph (b.1701),
Marie-Veronique (b.1704), Pierre (b.1706), Marie-Madeleine (1708-1742)
(m. Gabriel Houde dit Desruisseaux in 1738), Suzanne (b.1709) (m. Pierre

Louis was a voyageur and with his brother
Ignace, employed by Nicolas Perrot (1688/89) in the west. On November 6
1707 he arrived at Detroit.

River by Joseph Marin in 1754.

In 1778 his residence was on the Upper Miississippi
River.

From 1758 to 1763 he was hiring voyageurs
for Michilimackinac.
