Army

The Singapore Army is small, but by most accounts well trained and equipped for its role.

Singaporean troops can be Infantry (Mech, Air Assault or Leg), Armored Cavalry, Artillery, Engineers, or the two special units listed below.

Equipment

• IFV Infantry Fighting Vehicles
• FV88 Howitzers
• M16S1 (made in Singapore) assault rifles
• FN MAG Machine Guns
• Carl Gustav Antitank Weapon

Special Forces

• Guards: Use the Raiders table. 
• Commandos: Use the SAS table. 

Navy

About 4,500 officers and men serve in the Singapore Navy.

The fleet consists of a six missile corvettes,  six missile gunboats, patrol craft, landing ships, minesweepers and a squadron (with the Air Force) of Fokker 50-series maritime patrol aircraft.

Air Force

Singapore Air Force pilots take training as the US Air Force.

• Early Warning: E2 Hawkeye
• Helicopters: AS332M Super Puma, UH1H ("Huey"),  AS550 Fennec,  CH-47D Chinook.
