Basic Training: American or Third World

 Notes: These are nations in Latin America, both democratic and dictatorships, that are sponsored in some degree by the United States. Note that not all of these special forces units exist in every Latin American country - they're too numerous to mention here, but a little research will suffice...

 ARMY

 Notes:

 Not every US-supplied nation in Latin America uses each of the following weapons.  This is simply a list - and by now, a fairly old one.  Quiero ustedes informacion!

 Equipment:

• M1 Carbine
• M16 Assault Rifle
• M1 Garand Battle Rifle
• Various civilian shotguns
• M249 Automatic Rifle
• M60 Machine Gun
• M1911 or HP35 Pistol
• M48, M41, or M4 Sherman Tank (some countries)
• M5 Stuart Light Tank (some countries)
• M113 Infantry carrier (Some countries)
• UH1 or Puma Cargo Helicopter

 Army Special Forces:

 Counterinsurgency Units - Raider Table

 Navy:

 Notes:

 Most nations use Coast Guard tables, with Aviation.

 Naval Special Forces:

 Naval Infantry Marines

 (Found only in larger countries with significant coastlines).

 Air Force:

 Notes:

 Aircraft Used: Generally propellor-driven transports and World War Two surplus fighters, with a few jet trainers.

 Air Force Special Forces:

 Airborne - Airborne

 (Found in some countries)
