Nicolas Sarazin/Sarrazin:
Nicolas was the son of Nicolas
Sr. & Marie-Catherine Blondeau (sister of Maurice Blondeau), born in
1686 at Joliette, Quebec. He married Marie-Louise Jolliet at Montreal in
1715, a union that probably connected him to the fur trade through Louis
& Adrien Jolliet and also Joseph Fleury Deschambault. From 1724 to
1727 Nicolas was sending voyageurs to Green Bay, Wisconsin.
